Due to popular demand, here is a candid review of our favorite movie Chief Daddy Director: Niyi Akinmolayan Producers: Temidayo Abudu, Queen Martins See the cast here:  Full Cast The movie is a comedy that centers on Chief Beecroft (played by Taiwo Obileye) fondly called Chief Daddy (who in my opinion died too early in the movie) and the scramble for his wealth by his various dependents.  With the broadcast of the news of his death, we are dramatically exposed to the life of the generous Chief, his amorous past and affluence enjoyed by his immediate family, numerous mistresses and their children; domestic servants and extended family who swamped his mansion in their desperate attempt to secure a piece of his estate to the devastation of his surviving glamorous wife (played by Joke Silva) and rapper wannabe son (played by Falz; supposed heir to his fortune. His hit single in the movie would leave you reeking with laughter).  

I can't believe you have been waiting for a movie review? Hmmm, we must change this 2019 ooh!! Anyway, if Nollywood Comedy is your thing and you have not seen Chief Daddy then you don't know what you are missing. 

I introduced myself and smiled at them. They were so stiff, confused and didn't know what to make of me. Grinning, I calmly set up my lecture slide and  proceeded with my training session.

Chief Daddy! Chief Daddy! That was how I went to see that movie oo. The lobby of the Cinema was filled with eager youths, parents and children. At first I thought it was a Crusade or a tournament...probably the super Eagles were playing a match. I was wondering;  "warris happening here?" I joined the very long queue and was feasting my eyes on all the nude and semi nude, the handsome and wannabe guys and girls when one hoarse voice said;  "NEXT! Welcome Madam." It was my turn to be attended to. I looked up and smiled at the frowning face of a smallie;  Why would a sales rep be frowning  like this? "Maybe them never pay am salary" I thought to myself. Oh well, he won't use his own to spoil my fine mood; "Chief daddy ticket for 2 please!"

I don't know about you, but my next bother is how to lose the few pounds gained from consuming all the pastries, cookies, meat and other delicacies. I blame my sweet tongue and long throat for my woes.
