ASPARTAME (SWEET KILLER)
It was a very hot day, so the moment I settled down into the
comfortable chair, I popped the cap of my chilled drink. I must confess that
there is nothing as refreshing as drinking a chilled bottle of low sugar
beverage after working so hard in the sun.I closed my eyes and enjoyed the awakening and refreshing
effect of the cold liquid. The feeling
is better experienced. Just then my friend tapped my shoulder gently;
“What’s that you drinking, abi you don sleep?”
“Sleep kee? You need to taste this new product. It’s just
wow!”
“I hear you. Just make sure it does not contain Aspartame.”
“Aspar what?”
That was the first time I ever heard those words. We scanned
the contents of my drink and there it was;
CAUTION: ASPARTAME. That was how the whole gist started.
Aspartame! It has a cute ring to it but I got to know that
there are over 92 different health side effects associated with it.
Studies have shown that Aspartame dissolves into solution
and can therefore travel throughout the body and deposit within any tissue. The
body digests aspartame unlike saccharin, which does not break down within
humans. My little research revealed more scary facts and I gladly flushed my
refreshing beverage down the drain.
According to Dr Hull, the multitude of aspartame side effects are indicative
to your genetic individuality and physical weaknesses.
It is important to put two and two together, nonetheless,
and identify which side effects aspartame is creating
within you. Aspartame Side EffectsThe components of aspartame can lead to a number of health problems, as you have read. Side effects can occur gradually, can be immediate, or can be acute reactions. |
According to Lendon Smith, M.D. there is an enormous
population suffering from side effects associated with
aspartame, yet have no idea why drugs, supplements and
herbs don’t relieve their symptoms. Then, there
are users who don’t ‘appear’ to suffer
immediate reactions at all. Even these individuals are
susceptible to the long-term damage caused by excitatory
amino acids, phenylalanine, methanol, and DKP.
Adverse reactions and side effects of aspartame include:
